These terms apply when you use chinacancerhelp.com or ask China Cancer Help to help with a case. In these terms, “China Cancer Help”, “we” and “us” mean the operator of chinacancerhelp.com. By using the site or sending us a case, you agree to these terms.

1. What we do

China Cancer Help is an independent medical coordination service. We help international patients:

  • organise and translate their medical records;
  • get opinions from specialists at hospitals in China;
  • arrange treatment, interpreters and travel, if they decide to go ahead.

We are not a hospital or a healthcare provider. Diagnosis, treatment decisions and medical care are the responsibility of the licensed doctors and hospitals that treat the patient.

2. Not medical advice, not an emergency service

Content on this website is general information. It does not replace a consultation with a qualified doctor, and you should not delay or stop treatment because of anything you read here. In a medical emergency, contact your local emergency services immediately. We cannot respond to emergencies.

3. Your responsibilities

  • Give us accurate and complete information about the patient and their medical history.
  • Only send another person’s information if they agree, or if you are legally allowed to act for them.
  • Do not misuse the site, upload harmful files or try to access our systems without permission.

4. Case reviews, estimates and outcomes

Treatment options, timelines and cost estimates are based on the records you provide and on information hospitals give us at the time. They are estimates only. They may change after the patient is examined in person, and they do not guarantee admission, a specific treatment or a medical result.

Hospital bills are paid to the hospital and follow the hospital’s own policies. If we charge a coordination fee, we will agree the amount and what it covers with you in writing before we start that work.

5. Third-party services

The site links to, or includes, services run by others, such as hospital websites, the Calendly booking tool and messaging apps. Those services have their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for how they work.

6. Content on this site

The text, images and logos on this site belong to China Cancer Help or to the people who licensed them to us. You may share pages for personal use, but do not copy them for commercial use without our permission.

7. Limits of our liability

We take care to coordinate each case properly. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the website, or for the acts or decisions of independent hospitals and doctors. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be limited by law, or any rights you have as a consumer where you live.

8. Privacy

How we handle personal and health information is explained in our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The version on this page applies from the date shown at the top.
